Funding Update No. 2

On Monday, the UH Office of Capital Improvements went back to Governor Lingle requesting an additional $10 million and permission to advertise for two projects. The projects are a 7,000 ft roadway for $7.4 million to connect Kaimi Nani Drive to the proposed site for the new West Hawaii Campus and the renovation of the Hale Aloha (Bldg 383) on the Manono Campus for $9.3 million. No word yet on what the Governor plans to do.
